Also in Irvine, Richard worked alongside Hoag Hospital to develop a 60,000 square foot medical project, which included both an urgent care and a cancer treatment center accommodating a linear accelerator. 

In La Quinta, CA, the Boureston Companies provided primary care, urgent care, and imaging space to John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital within a 42,000 square foot medical building. 

And the list of large, institutional clients goes on, from Anaheim Western Medical Center in Anaheim, CA to Eisenhower Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA.

Richard has developed multiple medical projects in Southern California, including: Memorial Health Care System, St. Joseph Health Care System, Tenant Health Care System and most recently Riverside University Health System.

Additionally, Richard has consulted with large private healthcare groups to develop extremely challenging projects. For example, he worked with Saddleback Medical Group to convert a 20 year old bank into a 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical office facility.

In 2009, Richard used his extensive industry knowledge and valuable physician relationships to publish “Mistake-Free Medical Office Design and Construction,” a step by-step guide to help doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals avoid the common missteps of medical office property ownership and development.

Over the past 20 years, Richard has used his strength as a detail oriented, problem solver to overcome the obstacles and challenges of the health care development industry. His contributions and dedication to the industry have been instrumental to the success of many projects.
